NAUI Public Safety Diver / Drysuit Combo Course

Description: NAUI Public Safety Diver and Drysuit Diver Certification Course for certified open water divers. This is the secondary phase of training required for public safety diving.
The course will consist of specialty training for public safety diving needs and has an additional drysuit diving module available. The class includes the necessary classroom, pool, check out diving facilities, along with possible lodging.This course is also geared toward shore tenders who will be allowed to audit the class and assist with the field diving free of charge.
These classes are discount priced through TARS and are offered at this discounted rate.

Prequisites: Student must be a certified Open Water Diver
Students will need to furnish their own dive equipment, however, in the event this is not possible, with prior planning via the event coordinator this can possibly be provided.

Food & Lodging: The Blount County Rescue Squad has offered their station for up to 6 students who would require overnight lodging. This is solely on a first come first serve basis and dependent on scheduling with BCRS.
Food is the responsibility of the student.
Notes: Students must attend all dates and complete all skills in order to attain certification.
The course is split into modules: Special combo price for both modules together is 300 PSD only 175 or Drysuit only 175.
